Is there a minimum order?
No. Small orders are welcome, right down to a single T-shirt for a gift.
How long will my order take?
You’ll get your mockup within 48 hours. Once you approve it, orders arrive in around 7–10 working days, delivered locally or by courier. Have a deadline? Tell us when you ask for your mockup.
What files can I send?
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS files up to 5MB. The higher the quality, the crisper your print, but send what you have and we’ll let you know if it needs work.
Do I pay upfront?
Your mockup and quote are free. Once you’re happy, you pay a 50% deposit to start printing.
Can you help if I don’t have a design?
Yes, talk to us. We can help refine or edit your ideas ourselves, or recommend designers who can help.
